libdecodeqr0 software package provides C/C++ library for decoding QR code, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdecodeqr0
libdecodeqr0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdecodeqr0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdecodeqr0 *
You will get with libdecodeqr0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
